If you’re looking to shed a few pounds off your waists and hips, here’s a simple, yet tasty meal that doesn’t add more than should.
If you’re hungry like I am, whip out your cooking utensils, let’s get cooking.
Prep Time: 16-20 minutes
Cook time: 11-15 minutes
- Smoked fish sliced smoked marlin 1 cup
- Spring onion greens chopped 2-3 stalks
- raw mango peeled and sliced into thin fingers ½
- medium tomato seeded and sliced into thin fingers 1
- medium onion sliced 1
- fresh passion fruit 3 teaspoons
- Juice of ½ lemon
- extra virgin olive oil 2 teaspoons
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper powder to taste
- lemon slices 2-3 to dec
- Half a pineapple, thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp of chopped parsley
Mix together smoked fish, spring onion greens, raw mango, pineapple tomatoes and onions in a bowl.
Drizzle the passion fruit, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper powder and mix well.
Transfer onto a serving plate, decorate with lemon slices and chopped parsley and serve immediately.
